腰椎间盘突出症再手术14例临床分析

目的探讨腰椎间盘突出症再手术的原因及手术方法。方法 回顾性分析14例腰椎间盘突出症再次手术的治疗过程(均采用全椎板切除方法)。结果 发现原手术椎间隙突出6例,侧隐窝狭窄3例。再手术后治疗效果优6例,占50％;良5例,占42％。结论为了防止腰椎间盘突出症复发,手术时要注意尽量摘除变性的髓核,同时解除例隐窝狭窄。

<abstract>jective To study the cause and the re-operation method of lumbar disc protrusion. Methods 14 cases of lumbar disc protrusion with re-operation were retrospectively analysis. The whole lamina of vertebra resection was used. Results There were six cases whose protrusion intervertebral space occurred in former operation And 3 cases side-crypt constriction. Curative effect of 6 cases were excellent after re-operation (50%), 5 cases were better( 42% ). Conclusion To prevent the relapse of lumbar disc protrusion, it may be to remove all degenerated nucleus, and relieve the side-crypt constriction.
