摘要
文章详细介绍了金属粉末快速成型的研究现状 ,分析了金属粉末选择性激光烧结的工艺特点 ,对这些工艺的影响因素进行了讨论。在实验基础上 ,得到了合理的铁基。
s:As a key technology of rapid prototyping and manufacturing(RP&M),rapid manufacturing of metal parts is a target of RP&M.Based on the introduction of research status and technique characteristic of selective laser sintering of metal powder which is one of the most important contents of rapid prototyping technology,experiments on selective laser sintering of iron and nickel based on alloy powder are done and effects oftechnique parameters are studied systematically.In the end,adequate sinterˉing parameters of powder are derived and verified with sintering experiments.
