摘要
目的 观测桑仙降压颗粒对高血压病人动脉血压的影响 ,并通过对内皮功能的监测探讨降压机制。方法 将高血压病人分层随机分为实验组40例和牛黄降压丸对照组 40例 ,两组均以 2 8d为 1个疗程 ,治疗结束后 ,观测病人血压变化、血浆内皮素(ET)、血清一氧化氮 (NO )含量。结果 桑仙降压颗粒能显著降低 2 4h平均血压 (包括日夜间均值 )、血压负荷、减缓血压的波动性 ,尤其在改善收缩压各参数值方面明显优于牛黄降压丸 ;同时桑仙降压组血浆ET水平下降 ,NO含量上升。结论 桑仙降压颗粒通过影响内皮功能 。
Objective To investigate the effect of Sang Xian Jiang Ya Granule (SXJYG) on hypertension patients' ABPM and discuss its mechanisms by monitoring endothelial function.Methods Eighty middle and elder patients were randomly divided into SXJYG group and Niu Huang Jiang Ya pill(NHJYP) group .The treatment lasted for four weeks.Results Compared to NHJYP, SXJYG could significantly lessen 24 h mean blood pressure(BP) , BP load and BP fluctuation,especially to the parameter about systolic pressure.At the same time, SXJYG could reduce the secretion of endothlin(ET) and increase the secretion of nitric oxide(NO).Conclusion SXJYG had functions of decreasing hypertension through affecting endothelial function , reducing the secretion of endothlin(ET) and increase the secretion of nitric oxide(NO).
