生态因子对花尾胡椒鲷仔鱼生长的影响

摘要 研究了几种生态因子(温度、盐度、饵料密度和放养密度)对花尾胡椒鲷早期仔鱼(4日龄)存活与生长的影响.结果表明,花尾胡椒鲷仔鱼的最适温度为(28±1)℃,仔鱼存活率为84 0%,生长最快.最适盐度为30,仔鱼存活率为86 2%.升高或降低盐度,仔鱼的存活率均下降.最适饵料密度为20~30个·mL-1,仔鱼存活率为78 5%,此时仔鱼的摄食量较大并且均达到饱和状态,体长增长率大.最适放养密度为5~10尾·L-1,仔鱼存活率为81 0%. The effects of ecological factors including temperature, salinity, food density and stocking density on the larval survival rate and growth of Plectorhynchus cinctu is studied in this paper. The results indicate that during the larval stage the most optimal water temperature is (28±1)℃; the survival rate of larvae is 84.0%; the growth rate is higher, the most optimal salinity is 30; and the survival rate of larvae is 86.2%. When going up or reducing the salinity, the livability of larvae fish will decrease. The most optimal food density is 20~30 rotifers·mL^(-1); the survival rate of larvae is 78.5%; the appetite is great and all reach the saturation state; and the body length increases greatly. The most optimal larval stocking density is 5~10 larvaes·mL^(-1), and the survival rate of larvae is 81.0%.
