摘要
本文针对高校现代教学质量管理要求 ,讨论了基于 Delphi的数据采集和决策分析的实现及应用技术 ,设计实现了一个基于校园网的教学质量监控决策的分析系统 ( TQDAS)的实例 。
This article, in view of the needs of modern teaching quality monitoring in colleges and universities, discusses realization of data collection and decision-making analysis based on Delphi and its applicable technology, and designs an example and analysis system of teaching quality monitoring decision-making based on campus-net, with the aim of solving the difficulties in monitoring teaching quality.
