摘要
该文采用定期测定基础培养基Ⅰ、Ⅱ培养体系中 ,诱导或不诱导条件下菌丝生物量、漆酶活性、pH、残糖量变化的方法 ,研究了液体培养过程中 ,白腐菌扁芝漆酶的诱导和产生规律 .结果发现 ,加入DL β 苯丙氨酸或愈创木酚的培养基中 ,培养 1d漆酶活性就达到高峰 ,分别为同步培养的基础培养基Ⅰ漆酶活性的 5 76倍和 4 2 8倍 ;培养5d后 ,基础培养基Ⅰ、加入香兰素的培养基的漆酶活性才达到高峰 ;基础培养基Ⅱ在培养 6d时出现漆酶活性高峰 ,与基础培养基Ⅰ产漆酶历程相似 .证明基础培养基Ⅰ培养体系中的DL β 苯丙氨酸或愈创木酚对扁芝漆酶产生有明显的诱导作用 ,香兰素则有一定的抑制作用 ;
This paper studies the patterns of laccase's induction and production when white rot fungi Elfvingia applanata is cultivated in liquid culture medium. The mycelial biomass,laccase activity,pH and sugar change in the No.1 and No.2 basal culture medium systems are measured periodically.The results show that the laccase's activity of Elfvingia applanata reached its maximum after 1 d, when DL--β--phenylalanine or guaiacol is added in the culture, which are 5.76 and 4.28 times higher than the No.1 basal medium. After 5 days of incubation in No.1 basal culture medium, the maximum of laccase activity appears with the addition of vanillin. No.2 has the same process compared with No.1, the maximum of laccase activity appearing in sixth day. In No.1 culture medium, DL--β--phenylalanine and guaiacol have an obvious effect for Elfvingia applanata laccase inducement, but vanillin has some inhibitory effects; in No.2 basal culture medium, CuSO 4 has a better inducing effect than veratric alcohol.
