冲击伤复合液体火箭推进剂染毒大鼠的远期效应研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的 观察冲击伤复合液体火箭推进剂染毒大鼠的远期效应。方法 健康雄性Wistar大鼠 2 80只 ,称重、编号、随机分为 5组 :(1)对照组 ;(2 )偏二甲基肼 (UDMH)组 ;(3)四氧化二氮 (N2 O4)组 ;(4 )冲击伤合并UDMH及N2 O4组 ;(5 )冲击伤组。模型制作方法 :冲击伤组用BST I型生物激波管致伤 ;UDMH及N2 O4组分别吸入UDMH和N2 O4;复合伤组大鼠先按冲击伤组方法致伤 ,伤后 10分钟吸入UDMH和N2 O4,按上述浓度染毒 ,造成冲毒复合伤模型。将各组存活的 5只大鼠做好标记 ,喂养 1年后活杀。行主要器官病理形态学检查 ,以观察冲击伤复合液体火箭推进剂染毒大鼠的远期效应。结果N2 O4远期效应组75 %的大鼠有肺纤维化 ,个别大鼠出现肺低分化腺癌。冲击伤合并N2 O4和UDMH组大鼠小脑传导纤维液化灶、出血 ,颗粒细胞和普肯野细胞变性 ,海马锥型细胞和颗粒细胞变性。结论 液体火箭推进剂致伤后的远期效应明显。提示在整体治疗时 ,对冲击伤复合液体火箭推进剂染毒大鼠的远期效应进行兼顾和并治 ,在可能的条件下进行预防。 Objective To investigate the long term effect of liquid rocket propellant on rates with intoxication and blast combined injuries.Methods Two hundred and eighty male rats were randomly divided into five groups:(1)control group.(2)UDMH intoxicated group.(3)Nitrogen tetroxide intoxicated group.(4)blast and intoxicated injuries by UDMH and Nitrogen tetroxide group.(5)blast injuries group.Blast injury model is established by BST-1 blast wave tube.Nitrogen tetroxide and UDMH were administrated through inhalation.Chronic injuries and pathologic changes were observed one year after the injury.Results Pulmonary fibrosis was found in seventy-five percent of the rates,intoxicated with Nitrogen tetroxide.Poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma were found in some cases.Liquefaction and hemorrhage of the cerebellum,degeneration of granular cell and Pukinje cell were founded in the combined injury group.Conclusion Chronic effect, induced by liquid rocket propellant,was observed in our study.It is crucial to take a prophylactic measure and a prompt clinical treatment at early stage to cope with the combined injuries of the liquid rocket propellant.
