用黄色隐球酵母发酵生产辅酶Q10最佳条件的选择 被引量:8

摘要 从黄色隐球酵母CryptococcusluteolusL3302中提取辅酶Q10,经过对氮源、碳源、初始pH、发酵温度等的研究分析,得到最佳的发酵条件。通过最优化试验,确定培养基的碳源为蔗糖和葡萄糖各1 25g/L;氮源为酵母膏和玉米浆,各0 3g/L;pH值6 5,温度28℃,接种量5%,500mL锥形瓶中的装液量为50mL;生长因子以蛋白水解液为优。按此发酵条件上罐发酵,发酵液中菌体生长量为13 4g/L,辅酶Q10的产量为18 2mg/L。 The optimum fermentation conditions of CoQ10 were studied in Cryptococcus luteolus L3302 by orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the optimum fermentation conditions are as the following:carbon sources of glucose 1.25 g/L, and sucrose 1.25 g/L; nitrogen sources of yeast extract 0.3 g/L, and maize liquid 0.3 g/L; initial pH 6.5 and volume of medium 50 mL/500 mL. Under the optimized fermentation-jar conditions, the biomass reached 13.4 g/L, and CoQ10 concentration was 18.2 mg/L.
