摘要
以杂交稻组合汕优 63为材料 ,探讨了不同施药时期 (浸种、孕穗期喷施 )和不同质量浓度 ( 0 ,10 ,2 0 ,40 ,80mg L)烯效唑处理对籽粒生长过程及产量的影响。结果表明 ,烯效唑对强势粒生长有一定抑制作用 ,但同时却促进了弱势粒的生长 ,在一定程度上具有协调强、弱势粒灌浆的作用 ,降低成熟期强势粒单粒重而提高弱势粒单粒重 ;使强势粒的终极生长量降低 ,达最大生长速率的时间延后 ,从而延长弱势粒的灌浆时间 ,提高弱势粒的灌浆速率及最大干重 ;由于烯效唑对弱势粒生长的促进作用 ,显著提高了其穗实粒数 ,进而提高了单穗籽粒干重及水稻产量。处理时期不同 ,其最佳浓度不同 ;浸种处理以质量浓度为 40mg L时产量最高 ,喷施处理以 2 0mg L时的产量最高。
The effects of S-3307 (Uniconazole) by soaking seeds or spraying at booting stage with different concentrations (0, 10,20,40 and 80 mg/L) on grain filling and yield were studied with the hybrid rice combination Shanyou 63 as the material. The results showed that S-3307 had different effects on superior and inferior grains. The filling of superior grains was inhibited, while that of inferior grains was promoted, so the weight of inferior grains was increased to some extent. The grain-filling processes of superior and inferior grains were simulated with Richards equation, i.e., W=A/(1+Be -kt) 1/N, and the grain-filling parameters were derived from this equation. In the equation parameters, the ultimate grain weight (A) was decreased and the time reaching the maximum filling rate (T max.G) was prolonged in superior grains after S-3307 treatment, but the filling duration (T) of inferior grains was lengthened, and the average filling rate (Va) and ultimate grain weight (A) of inferior grains were increased S-3307 increased rice yield through significantly increasing the grains per panicle and the grain dry weight per panicle. If the time of using S-3307 was different, the optimal concentrations were different. When the concentrations were 40 mg/L and 20 mg/L for soaking and spraying, respectively, the grain yield was highest.
