摘要
研究了用2.20~2.30mm厚热轧带钢经二次冷轧和中间退火代替通常的三次冷轧直接生产0.20mm以下的取向硅钢片的新工艺,以及Mn/S、Mn%×S%、二次压下率和二次再结晶温度对薄带取向硅钢磁性的影响,确定了最佳工艺参数。
The new technology which could get 0.20 mm thickness oriented electrical silicon sheet was researched by using 2.20~2.30 mm thickness hot rolled silicon strip steel, replaceing normal three times cold rolling craft with second times and intermediate annealing.The effects of the Mn/S、 Mn%×S% and the two times pressing down ratio and second recrystallzing temperature on the magnetism was also analyzed. The optimal technical parameters were determined.
