摘要
光纤松套管填充油膏以其所含胶凝剂的不同分为两大类,在阐明它们各自增稠触变性机理的基础上,采用流变仪检测了两种有代表性光纤油膏的流变学性能,其中包括触变性、屈服应力和粘温性。通过引入触变环和流变方程对实验结果进行对比分析,验证了测试流变特性对于光纤油膏的重要意义。
Basically, the filling gels for fiber loose-tube are generally divided into two major categories according to the thixotropic gels of which they are composed. Based on the essential explain on their respective thixotropic mechanisms, with the help of the rheogeniometer, we tested two representative fiber filling gels' rheological properties including thixotropy, yield stress, and viscosity-temperature property etc. The introductions of thixotropy loop and rheological equations of state buttress us with feasible means to analyse and compare the experimental results of these two gels.
