摘要
传统上战略人力资源管理的研究都是基于环境分析为基础的战略范式下 ,随着资源为出企业观的兴起 ,越来越多的战略人力资源管理建立在资源基础范式之上。根据以资源为基础的企业观 ,人力资源和人力资源管理系统能够作为企业竞争优势的来源。论文基于以资源为基础的战略人力资源管理框架 ,分析了企业可以采取的团队型、层级型、临时型和联盟型四种人力资源管理系统。
Strategic human resource management can be divided into two phrases: SHRM based on environment and SHRM based on RVB. SHRM based on RVB can explain the relationship between SHRM and competitive advantage, influence of human resource affecting strategy formulating, and so on. The paper describes that, based on RVB, human resource and human resource management system can be the resource of competitive advantage of the firm. Based on RVB, the paper explains four human resource strategies divided according to value and uniqueness of human resets: development, staffing, outsourcing and alliance.
