分析了微孔膜应用于果蔬保鲜的原理 ,介绍了国内外微孔保鲜膜的制备方法 ,并展望了微孔保鲜膜的发展前景。
The principle of keeping fruits and vegetables fresh was analyzed, and the domestic and international methods of preparing microporous membranes for keeping fresh were introduced. The prospect development of microporous membranes was put forward.
