摘要
研究了特定条件下用国内Ⅰ型APP工业产品制备Ⅱ型APP的方法。对转型后APP进行了溶解度、pH值和聚合度测定,以及红外光谱和X射线衍射分析,并与国外产品Exolit422APP进行了对比,结果证明在不加Ⅱ型APP作晶种的情况下,可以将Ⅰ型APP转型为Ⅱ型APP。
Studies were carried out on the preparation of the Ammonium Polyphosphate form-Ⅱ from the industrial product form-Ⅰwithout seed of crystal. The results are confirmed by FTIR and XRD. The solubility, value of pH and degree of polymerization of the product were measured and compared with that of the Exolit 422 APP. The results show that APP form-Ⅰcan be transfered to form-Ⅱwithout additive.
