实验以仙人掌为原料,开发研制出色、香、味俱佳,风味独特的仙人掌饮料,并对工艺条件进行探讨,为仙人 掌资源的开发利用探索出新的途径,为生产提供适宜的工艺过程、工艺参数。
This Experiment develop outstanding fragrant and all good unique flavor cactus drink using of cactus as raw materials and carry on the discussion to the process conditions, explore that the new way for the development and utilization of resources of the cactus and offer the suitable craft course, craft parameter for production.
