摘要
本文采用(口赛)(口庚)啶诱导大鼠糖尿病模型,进一步探讨了五子衍宗丸对实验性糖尿病的影响。结果表明:五子衍宗丸1000~2000mg/kg经口灌胃给药,对(口赛)(口庚)啶诱导糖尿病大鼠的空腹血糖无明显影响(P>0.05),而对其糖耐量的异常有明显改善作用,使大鼠糖负荷后60分钟及120分钟的血糖水平明显降低(P<0.05~0.01),对大鼠空腹血清胰岛素水平、糖负荷后120分钟血清胰岛素的异常升高及空腹血糖与血清胰岛素比值虽无明显影响(P>0.05),但能使糖负荷后120分钟血糖与血清胰岛素比值明显降低(P<0.05)。结果提示,五子衍宗丸对(口赛)(口庚)啶诱导大鼠糖尿病有较好的防治作用,其作用机理可能与促进胰岛素分泌有关。
Using the model of cyproheptadine (CPH)-induced diabetes in rats, the effects of Wuzi Yanzong Wan on the experimental diabetes were investigated. The following results were obtained: 1) The preparation at the dosage of 1,000-2,000mg/kg (I.G.) didn't interfere with the blood glucose in the fasting CPH-induced diabetes rats (p>0.05). 2)It improved the ability of glucose tolerance in the rats, by decreasing the blood glucose level at 60 and 120 min. after glucose loading (p<0.05~0.01). 3) Though it didn't affect the serum insulin level and the ratio (glucose/insulin) under fasting condition, and the abnormal increase of the insulin level at 120 rain. after glucose loading (p>0.05), it decreased the ratio at 120 min. (p<0.05). The results suggest that the preparation has a preventive and therapeutical effect on the CPH-induced diabetes in rats. It is probably related to enhancement of the secretion of insulin.
