锆莫来石材料的反应烧结机制和显微结构特征 被引量:13

REACTION-SINTERING MECHANISM AND MICROSTRUCTURE OF MULLITE-ZIRCONIA COMPOSITES

摘要 研究了用锆英石和工业氧化铝合成锆莫来石材料的反应烧结过程和显微结构。结果表明,添加适量MgCl_2·6H_2O可以促进反应烧结进程。锆英石大颗粒完全分解以后形成ZrO_2聚集体,结构中出现封闭气孔可能与ZrO_2聚集体有密切关系。加入MgCl_2·6H_2O后铬莫来石材料显微结构的主要特征:ZrO_2有聚集体和均匀分布两种赋存形式;封闭气孔一般与ZrO_2聚集体相邻。 The reaction-sintering process and microstructure of mullite-zirconia composites sintered and reacted in-situ were investigated. The results indicate that the reaction-sintering process can be improved by the addition of MgCl_2·6H_2O. Large zircon particles are transformed into zirconia agglomerates (≈50μm) after complete decomposition during the thermal treatment. The formation of isolated pores is closely related to the ZrO_2 agglomerates. Some characteristics of the microstructure of the sintered mullite-zirconia composites added with MgCl_2·6H_2O are: zirconia can be aggregated or comparatively well distributed; almost all isolated pores closely locate to the ZrO_2 agglomerates; on the phase boundaries of mullite-zirconia, solid solution difusion with concentration gradient is observed, indicating their direct bonding.
