面子、利益与村庄的性质——村支书与村主任关系的一个解释框架

本文考察了村干部与村民之间关系的性质以及村干部的任职动机，试图建立起理解村支部书记与村委会主任关系的理想类型。通过分析不同理想类型对村支书与村主任关系性质的不同影响及理想类型本身的变动倾向，作者提出若不改变当前农村社会面临的严峻经济形势和村干部不良的经济处境，村支书与村主任的关系就不会沿着“谁授权就对谁负责”的方向发展，而可能沿着无序斗争的方向发展。这样下去可能在农村未来发展中造成严重后果。

In China,a village generally has two top leasedrs:the party secretary and the director of the village committee.In the 90s,more and more reports have appeared in the press making public the deteriorating relationship between the party secretary and the director.As the two leaders have different sources of power authorixation,they can do nothing except fighting each other for what they are on behalf of respectively.
