“三资”企业作为市场经济的产物,在其发展过程中为我国经济发展和经济体制改革作出了重大的贡献。但是,在体制转轨过程中,“三资”企业只能在旧体制缝隙中生长,不可避免地存在着种种发展局限。这些问题尽管表现形式是多样的。但其根子在于体制的障碍:只有通过深化改革,并辅以政策引导,才能进一步促进“三资”企业发展和市场規模的扩大。

Foreign-funded enterprises are an inevitable outcome of market economy. They have contributed to China's economic development and the reform of economic system. Howerer, they can only survive in the 'crevice' of the old system during the course of system reform and their development has many limitations. Although these problems manifest themselves differently, the rooz cause lies in the system. what government can do is carry out the reform and formulate necessary policies to stimulate the development of the foreign-funded enteprises and help to open up their markets.
