摘要
采用毛细管电泳的方法对北京大气PM2 5中低分子量二元羧酸、醛酸、酮酸和甲磺酸等 1 0种水溶性有机酸进行了测定 .方法的定量检测限为 1 1 0~ 2 80 μg/L(提取液 ) ,峰面积的相对标准偏差为 1 7%~ 6 0 % ,标准工作曲线的线性相关系数为0 995~ 0 999.北京夏、秋、冬 3季 1 0种有机酸的总量平均分别为 72 1ng/m3 、36 2ng/m3 、32 5ng/m3 ,浓度水平总体上与国外大城市相当 .其中乙二酸的含量最为丰富 .通过各种有机酸浓度的季节变化规律 。
Ten water soluble organic acids in PM 2 5 of atmosphere in Beijing were determined by capillary electrophoresis, including low molecular weight dicarboxylic acids, aldehyde acids, ketoacids and methanesulfonic acid. The quantified detection limits ranged from 110 to 280 μg/L (extract). The precise of peak area was between 1.7% and 6 0%, and the correlation coefficients of standard curve were 0 995~0 999. The average total concentrations of the ten organic acids in summer, fall and winter were 721ng/m 3, 362ng/m 3 and 325 ng/m 3, respectively, which were comparable with some foreign big cities. Oxalic acid was the most abundant species. By exploring seasonal variations of the acids, their source characteristics were simply discussed.
