家蚕壳聚糖作为一种生物活性物质,有着相当广泛的用途。本文从壳聚糖的性质、制备方法着手,着重讨论了壳聚糖在蚕桑生产、医药、食品、农业、环保等领域中的应用与研究进展。
The chitosan from Bombyx mori is a kind of physiological active substance and has been widely used.The paper dealt with the character and preparation of chitosan and discusses the application and research of chitosan on the fields of sericultural products,medicine,grocery,agriculture,environment protection and so on.
