干姜提取物对心衰模型兔心功能的影响 被引量:20

摘要 目的探讨干姜提取物对兔心力衰竭时心功能的影响。方法以纯种新西兰兔为研究对象,随机分为溶剂对照组和低、中、高剂量干姜组共4组,用恒速滴注戊巴比妥钠的方法建立兔急性心力衰竭模型,测定造模前、造模成功时及用药后5、10、15、20、30、45、60、90、120、150min兔的心肌舒缩性能指标,观察指标的变化情况。结果药后各给药组LVSP,lv±dp/dtmax,lv+dp/dtmax,lv-dp/dtmax呈逐渐上升趋势;从药后30min开始,与溶剂对照组比较,有显著或非常显著性差异(P<0.01或P<0.001);药后各给药组t-dp/dtmax呈逐渐缩短趋势,以中、高剂量干姜组的缩短趋势较明显,从药后20min开始,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01或P<0.001);药后各组LVEDP呈下降趋势,但溶剂对照组和中、低剂量干姜组与药前值比较,差异无统计学意义,仅高剂量干姜组在药后10min至150min各时点,与药前值比较有显著性差异。结论干姜提取物能改善心衰兔的心肌舒缩性能,减轻心衰症状,作用随剂量增加而增强。 Objective To investigate the effects of Rhizoma Zingiberis Extract (RZE) on the cardiac functions of rabbits with heart failure. Methods Forty pure-bred New-Zealand rabbits were randomly allocated to 4 groups: control group, low-dosage RZE group, moderate-dosage RZE group and high-dosage RZE group. The rabbit model of heart failure was established by intravenous dripping of 20 g/L pentobarbital sodium. Oral tube perfusion of RZE was given after model establishment.The hemodynamic changes were observed before and after the modeling and 5,10,15,20,30,45,60,90,120,150 minutes after treatment by a RM-6000 4-graph physiological monitor. Results After treatment, LVSP, lv±dp/dtmax,lv +dp/dtmax,lv-dp/dtmax showed an ascending tend in all the groups, particularly in RZE groups; the differences between the control group and RZE groups were significant 30 minutes after treatment (P < 0.01 or P < 0.001). t-dp/dtmax was shortened gradually in the RZE groups, particularly in moderate-and high-dosages groups; the differences between the control group and RZE groups were significant 20 minutes after treatment (P < 0.01 or P < 0.001). A gradual decrease of LVEDP was shown in RZE groups; compared with pre-administration no statistical difference can be seen in the control group, low-and moderate-dosage groups; however, high-dosage group differed much from that before treatment during 10~150 mins. Conclusion RZE can improve the cardiac systolic/diastolic function of rabbits and relieve the symptoms of heart failure, and the effect increased with the dosage.
