摘要
核酸的定量测定是研究核酸的基础 ,在生命科学、临床医学、和食品检验的研究中有着重要的意义。在综述定量测定核酸的分析方法的基础上 ,着重阐述了染料、染料 -金属配合物作探针的吸光光度法、荧光光度法以及近来兴起的共振光散射法在核酸中的应用和发展动态。同时为了便于读者参考 。
The quantitative analysis, the basis to study nucleic acid, is very important in life sciences, clinical test as well as food test. In this paper, a review on the quantitative analysis of nucleic acid is presented in detail, pertaining especially to the determination of nucleic acid and their applications using spectrophotometric method, fluorescent method and resonance ligh scattering method. Moreover, many important reaction systems and their analytical characteristics are displayed for reference.
