摘要
目的 探讨中医肺气虚证患者血浆血栓素、前列环素代谢状况。方法 对96例肺气虚患者和30例健康对照者通气功能、血气分析、肺动脉压力(PAMP)估测及血浆血栓素(TXA2)、前列环素(Prostacyclin,PGI2)稳定的代谢产物血栓素B2(TXB2)和6-酮基-前列腺素F1α(6-keto-PGF1α)水平进行同步观测。结果 肺气虚组患者肺活量(VC及VC%)、最大通气量(MVC及MVC%)、一秒率(FEV1及FEV1.0%)、最大呼气中期流速(MMEF)减退,PaO2、血浆6-keto-PGF1α降低;PaCO2、PAMP、血浆TXB2水平升高,与对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.05~0.01),各指标间存在一定的相关性(均P<0.05),且随着肺气虚程度的加重,这几种指标的变化更为明显,组间比较有显著差异(P<0.05~0.001)。结论 肺气虚患者肺功能减退,肺动脉压力升高,血栓素、前列环素平衡失调,而且这些变化互相关联、互为因果。
Objective To study the metabolizational status of plasma thromboxane A2 and PGI2 in patients of deficiency of pulmonary Qi. Methods observed in phase the levels of Plasma thromboxane A2 and PGI2 by ventilatory capacity, the analysis of courage and uprightsness sap, pulmonary artery pressure between 96 cases of deficiency of pulmonary Qi and 30 cases of healthy person. Results Vtal capacity, maximal breathing capacity, forced expiratory volume in one second, maximal mid-expiratory flow is letdowning. PaO2, 6-Keto-PGF1α is decreasing, PaCO2, pulmonary artery pressure, plasma thromboxane B2 is increasing. Compared with the contol group, there are greatly different (P<0.05~0.01). With the development of deficiency of pulmonary Qi, among groups there are obviously different. Conclusion The letdown of lung function, the increasing of pulmonary artery pressure, the decompensation of TXA2 and PGF1α, their relation of changes are effect and cause.
