槲皮素在无水乙醇中溶解度的实验测定与关联 被引量:4

摘要 本文对槲皮素在无水乙醇中的溶解度用平衡法进行了实验测定 ,槲皮素含量由HPLC方法检测 ,得到了温度范围 0℃~ 6 0℃中的溶解度数据 ,利用固液相平衡的热力学原理对实验结果进行了关联 ,由此提出了槲皮素溶解度随温度变化的经验公式 。 The solubility of quercetin in absolute ethanol was measured experimentally by equilibrium method in this paper. The concentration of quercetin in the solvent coas detected by HPLC. The data of solubility of quercetin were obtained in the range of temperatures about 0℃~60℃. The experimental results of quercetin solubility in absolute ethanol were correlated by the equation based on thermo dynamical theory of the phase equilibrium of solid-liquid. The semi-empirical formula of the solubility of quercetin in absolute ethanol was given for the further use.
