摘要
研究比较了金红石型纳米TiO2、锐钛矿型纳米TiO2和体相金红石型TiO23种材料的紫外-可见光学特性,结果表明金红石型纳米TiO2具有比锐钛矿型纳米TiO2和体相金红石型TiO2更加优异的紫外线屏蔽性能,并对其屏蔽机理进行了分析;分别制备了金红石型纳米TiO2含量为2%和5%的改性聚酯-TGIC粉末涂料,通过人工紫外加速老化发现:相比未改性配方,改性粉末涂料的抗紫外光老化性能得到大幅提高,改性粉末涂料(2%金红石型纳米TiO2)经过192h加速老化后,色差值小于1.52,光泽度保持率在50%以上,比未改性配方提高4倍以上。
Water-suspend absorption UV-Vis spectrum of nano-rutile-TiO2, nano-anatase-TiO2 and bulk phase rutile-TiO2 was studied. The results show that the nano-rutile-TiO2 has the best performance of absorption at the same thickness, and the UV-shield mechanism of these materials was discussed. The nano-rutile-TiO2 (2% and 5%) modified polyester-TGIC powder coatings were prepared. The ultraviolet ray resistance of the modified powder coating was improved considerably. The aberration of powder coatings modified by nano-rutile-TiO2 (2%) is less than 1.52 and the gloss percent retension which was improved four times is more than 50% after 192 hours exposure to mercury-vapor lamp.
