摘要 综合介绍了线性电位扫描法、电位阶跃法、电子显微镜法和X-射线衍射等方法用于酸性氯化钾镀锌溶液中某些有机添加剂的作用机理的研究结果。认为作为载体光亮剂的聚氧乙烯醚表面活性剂对锌离子电化学还原的极化、镀锌层的晶粒大小和晶面取向及形貌、电结晶过程机理、成核速度常数、晶核的空间分布有最大的影响,获得镜面光亮的纳米锌镀层是聚氧乙烯醚与苄叉丙酮等的协同作用。 Results of research on action mechanism of some additives in acidic potassium chloride zinc plating bath with methods of linear sweep voltammetry, chronoamperometry, electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction were introduced. It is believed that polyoxyethylene ether acting as a carrier brightener has the most pronounced affect on polarization of zinc ion electrochemical reduction, an grain size, crystallographic orientation and morphology of the zinc coating, on nucleation rate and on spatial distribution of nuelei. The obtainment of mirror-like bright nanocrystal zinc deposit from acidic potassium chloride zinc plating bath is the cooperation effect of polyolyethylene ether with benzalacetone.
