摘要
对随热处理温度升高Ni-Mo-P、(Ni-Mo-P)-Al2O3及(Ni-Mo-P)-聚苯硫醚镀层的耐蚀性能变化作了对比研究;并对(Ni-Mo-P)-聚苯硫醚镀层进行表面复合涂敷,研究了涂敷后试样的截面形貌及其耐蚀性,结果表明,(Ni-Mo-P)-聚苯硫醚镀层耐蚀性良好,高温(85℃)10%H2SO4腐蚀速率为Ni-Mo-P镀层的1/3;复合涂敷层具有极良好的耐蚀性,涂敷层与镀层间无明显间隙。
Comparative investigation of change in corrosion resistance of Ni-Mo-P , (Ni-Mo-P)-Al_2O_3 and (Ni-Mo-P)-PPS composite coatings with heat treatment temperature was conducted. In addition, corrosion resistance and cross section morphology of (Ni-Mo-P)-PPS coating after surface polymer compound painting was tested. The investigation results show that (Ni-Mo-P)-PPS coating possesses excellent corrosion resistance, and its corrosion rate at high temperature (85℃ 10% H_2SO_4)is only one third of that of Ni-Mo-P coating. Film of polymer compound painting has very good corrosion resistance, and there exists no pores between the film and the coating beneath.
