摘要
液膜分离技术,由于其分离速度快,效率高、节能及适用性强等优点,因而在物质回收,工业废水处理等方面受到普遍关注。液膜法提取铜的工作已有报导。本文对多种表面活性剂进行筛选,选择含C_4—烯烃共聚物(LMS-2),用二一羟基—4—仲氧基二苯酮肟(N530)作载体,盐酸作内相制成油包水型乳状液膜。
The Composition of liquid membrane;Surfactant (LMS—2),3%the flowing carrier (N530),2%,solvent (kerosene),95%,internalaqueous phase (3N HCI) was dropwise to oil phase by stirring.The membanism of extracting Cu by liquid membrane method:The flowing carrier in emulsion membrane is isonitro so the hydrionform of which is HR.when emulsion membrane contacts copper containing waste water,the procedure is shown in figure 1.The general results:is that one copper ion enters into the internalaqueous phase and 2H^+ of which enters into the external aqueousphase.
