摘要
本文采用非均相磺化法制备的低磺化度磺化聚矾做为膜材料,研究了制备磺化聚矾超滤膜的各种主要因素的影响,制得对细胞色素C(M.W.11,700)的截留率>90%,透水速度>80(ml/cm^2·hr)的磺化聚砜超滤膜。並对这种膜的一些超滤行为做了初步的探讨。
Sulfonated polysulfone (SPS) with low-Ion Exchange Capacity(IEC) which was prepared by heterogeneous sulfonating method wasused as the membrane material in this work.The main factors affec-ting the preparation and characteristics of SPS ultrafiltration (UF)membranes were studied.The SPS UF membranes with the rejection ofCytochrome-C (M.W.11700)>90% and the flux of pure water80 ml/cm^2.hr.was obtained.The ultrafiltration performances of SPSUF membrane for some solutions were preliminary investigated.
