摘要 近年来 ,脑缺血模型在许多动物如猴、犬、大鼠、兔、猪等已复制成功 ,各种动物模型都有自己的长处与不足。选择适当的动物模型有助于更好的进行脑缺血的实验和临床研究。 In recent years , cerebral ischemia reperfusion animal models have been successfully established in many species such as monky,dog, rat,rabbit, swine,etc.Each animal model has its advantages and disadvantages. Using reasonable animal model may make it better to carry on the laboratory and clinical study of cerebral ischemia reperfusion.
