A Rational Exploration on Vocational Guidance Model of Higher Normal University

本文探讨了高师院校毕业生就业和发展的职业指导模式。表明:职业指导应以有利于学生的终生发展为宗旨,贯穿于整个大学学习和生活之中,并实现专业化。

In the article, the vocational guidance model in keeping with the current situation of internal social and economic development and of being favourable to the employment and development of the students in the higher normal university were explorated rationally. The research results showed that the vocational guidance should run through all study and life during the university and realize the specialization, and its aim was favourable to the lifelong development of students.
