静态顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱/质谱分析砂仁的挥发性成分 被引量:9

Determination of Volatile Components of Amomum villosum Lour. by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry with Head-Space Solid-Phase Microextraction

摘要 采用固相微萃取(SPME)技术结合气相色谱 质谱(GC MS)分析了中药砂仁中的挥发性化合物.实验中,对影响SPME的参数条件进行了研究和优化,用HS SPME GC MS方法从砂仁中共分离和鉴定出42个化合物.其中主要的化合物为樟脑(36.9%)、莰烯(13.9%)、柠檬烯(13.4%)、龙脑乙酸酯(11.1%)、月桂烯(7.2%)、龙脑(5.0%)和α 蒎烯(4.2%).结果表明这是一种简单、快速,无需要溶剂提取的方法,适合砂仁以及其他中药的挥发性成分分析. Volatile components of a traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),dry fruits of Amomum villosum Lour. were determined by solid-phase microextraction combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (SPME-GC-MS). The SPME parameters were studied and 42 compounds in the sample were separated and identified. The main compounds included Camphor(36.9%), Camphene (13.9%), D-Limonene (13.4%), Bornyl acetate (11.1%), α-Myrcene(7.2%), Borneol (5.0%) and α-Pinene (4.2%). The results show that SPM-GC-MS is a simple, rapid and solvent-free method for the analysis of volatile constituents of TCMs.
