摘要
反思是促进教师专业发展的有效策略和途径。在大学与中小学合作建设的“教师发展学校”实践中,通过反思以往教育事件、反思教学过程、集体反思等方式,可以有效地促进教师的专业成长,提升教师的反思意识和能力。
Reflection is an effective strategy and means for promoting teacher's professional development. In the joint efforts made by universities and primary and secondary schools to construct 'teacher development schools', it has been proved that the adoption of individual and collective reflection of the past experience and events in educational practice can effectively promote teachers' professional development and improve their sense and ability to rethink.
