综合性康复治疗对精神分裂症患者社会功能缺陷的改善作用

Amelioration effect of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on social function defect in schizophrenic patients

目的:探讨综合性康复治疗对精神分裂症患者社会功能的康复作用。方法:将160例恢复期住院精神分裂症患者随机分成两组,治疗组80例给予药物维持治疗结合综合性康复治疗,对照组80例,只给予药物维持治疗。采用住院精神病人康复疗效评定量表分别于入组治疗前和治疗后3个月、6个月时进行评定比较。结果:采用综合性康复治疗患者社会功能缺陷程度明显下降,康复效果明显,且康复治疗时间与社会功能恢复呈直线正相关。结论:综合性康复治疗对精神分裂症患者社会功能康复,有一定的促进作用。

AIM:To explore the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on social function rehabilitation in schizophrenic patients. METHODS:Totally 160 schizophrenic inpatients in recovery period were randomized into two groups:study group and control group.Eighty patients in the study group were treated with drug maintenance accompanied with comprehensive rehabilitation therapy,and other 80 patients in the control group were only treated with drug maintenance.They were assessed with inpatient psychiatric rehabilitation observing scale(IPROS) before,3 and 6 months after treatment for comparison. RESULTS:The social function defect of the schizophrenic patients improved significantly,the effect on the recover was obvious,and the recovery of social function was positively linearly correlated with rehabilitation treatment period. CONCLUSION:Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy has a certain positive effect on the recovery of social function in schizophrenic patients.
