摘要
设计了一种适用于机械式自动变速器 (AMT)车辆的巡航控制系统。在该系统中采用模糊逻辑方法设计巡航控制算法 ,并将控制程序直接嵌入到 AMT的主控程序中。对巡航控制的功能、设计方法和使用方法进行了详细论述 ,并通过测试进行了验证。
A cruise control algorithm developed for vehicles with automated mechanical transmission (AMT) was introduced. An AMT system, which realizes automatic transmission with automatically controlled engine and manual-shifting gearbox, provides all the needed sensors and actuators for cruise control function. So, it can realize the cruising function with no need for anymore hardware. The control algorithm is based on a fuzzy logic, and embedded in the control program of AMT. The fuzzy control rules were constituted based on the experiences of a driver's controlling speed, and the fuzzy control table was computed out by means of the Mamdani inference and the defuzzification of center of area (COA). The data in the fuzzy control table are the numbers of steps for controlling the step motor. The system was adopted in a Shanghai Santana 2000 car, and the experiments for evaluation of the cruise control function were carried out on a high way. The experiments show that for the speed rang from 40 to 110 km/h, the error between the cruise speed and the set speed is less than 7 km/h.
