通过密度法和自行研制的水心病检测仪器对苹果样品进行检测 ,结果表明 :密度无法分离该样品水心病 ;而 1~ 4级水心病的透光强度之间存在显著差异 ,可以进行水心病判断。把近红外 810 nm的计算透光强度2 5 0 0 0作为界限值可以将好果 (1级 )与 3、4级果完全分离 ,2级果有 2
The two methods for nondestructive detection of apple watercore in 'Xiushui Guoguang'were investigated. The first method detects apple watercore by its density; and the second by measuring the intensity of apple transparency by a self-developed instrument. The detecting results indicate that the self-made instrument can classify apple watercores clearly by their distinct difference among the four classes of watercore apples. We defined the transparency intensity 25000 in 810 nm as a threshold value to classify watercore apples, by which all the first class apples could be classified from those of the class 3 and 4,and 29% from the class 2.
