摘要
介绍了一种新颖的规整结构催化剂。它在废气排放处理等气相催化反应中已表现出优于常规催化剂的优良催化性能 ,在气液固多相催化反应领域的研究也表明它能够应用于更多的催化反应。将这种催化剂和反应器结构特性与常规催化反应中应用的固体催化剂和反应器进行了比较 ,结果表明它有可能替代浆态床和固定床反应器 。
A new type of structured catalyst monolithic catalyst is reviewed. It has performed better catalytic properties in gas solid catalysis reactions than those of the conventional catalysts, for example, the exhaust emission after treatment and some environmental applications. They have, however, a much more application potential in other catalysis, which has been proved by the researches in gas-liquid-solid multiphase catalysis reactions field. The structure, characteristic of the monolithic catalysts and the reactor properties are discussed in this review. And it is also compared with the conventional catalysts and their reactors that are often used in the catalysis reactions. There are perspectives for the monolithic catalyst and monolithic reactor. It is possible for them to alternate slurry and fixed reactors.
