摘要
南水北调西线工程可调水量的主要约束是保证调水枢纽下游几十公里河道生态安全的生态下泄流量。然而调水枢纽下游几十公里河道还是不可避免的将成为半干涸的河床。以生态环境设计和治理工程将这几十公里河道改造为人造湿地 ,可以取得生态效益 ;同时也可能提高南水北调西线工程的调水量 。
The transferable water on western-line of South-North Water Project depends on several factors. The most important one is the eco-security of downriver area. Along more than tens kilometers downriver it will inevitable become a half wadi. If we reclaim this area into man-made wetland by environment plan and ecology strategy, it would be of benefit to local economy and increase transferable water quantity of Western-line South-to-North Water Transfer Project.
