Thoughts on the Educational Cooperation Between Higher Vocational School and Enterprises

高等职业教育只有坚持企业全过程地参与,校企全方位、多形式的合作,才能培养出社会所需要的高技能专门人才。为此,必须转变教学观念,创新人才培养方案,构建校企合作新机制,制定校企合作教育的政策法规。

Higher vocational education can foster professional personnel with high skills only by adhering to all-round and multi-form cooperation between schools and enterprises with the whole-course participation of enterprises. So we must change our teaching concept, innovate training plans, build up new cooperative system and lay down relevant policies and rules.
