Biology information processing system: An approach to genetic algorithm

分析了遗传算法中改进后的分层和混合遗传算法,并针对遗传算法中仍然面临着的主要问题提出和分析了免疫遗传算法,阐述了免疫遗传算法的实现过程。预见了未来遗传算法与其他信息处理系统的融合,未来的遗传算法将从生物信息处理系统的其它角度来进行研究,应用于更广泛的学科领域。

This paper analyses the improved layered and mixed genetic algorithms and also discusses the (realization) processes of the three genetic algorithms. It puts forward the immunity GA. It foresees that the future genetic algorithms fuse with other biology information processing systems. This will further push the development of genetic algorithms.
