江苏省苏北农村中学体育教育现状及对策研究

Status Quo of Physical Education and Strategy in Rural Middle Schools of North Jiangsu

本文通过对苏北农村中学体育教师的男、女教师比例、年龄、学历层次、场地器材情况 ,教师工资状况、教师对学生比例、体育课和课外体育活动情况的调查指出 :苏北农村中学体育教师严重缺乏 ,体育课虽然保持正常 ,但课外体育活动时间严重不足 ,各项体育设施设备不达标。建议加强苏北农村中学体育教育工作领导和工作宣传。加大体育经费的投入。调整苏北农村中学体育教师男、女比例 ,提高学历层次 ,增加农村体育教师的经济收入 ,保证学生的活动时间。摆脱应试教育的模式 ,使苏北农村中学体育教育得到更大的发展。

By the survey of PE teacher’s the gender rate, age, certificate, school’s equipment, salary, the proportion between teachers and students in Subei rural middle schools,the result showed that PE teachers are badly needed. PE lessons can go on as normal, but the second lessons can not keep as normal. Also time is not enough. We suggest that the government should strengthen the leadership and propaganda about Subei rural middle schools,make much more investment in physical education, improve the PE teacher ’s gender rate, academic credentials, salary etc.Meanwhile,if we bread away from the traditional exam method,we can make physical education reach higher level in Subei rural middle schools.
