摘要
研究了助熔剂KCl对LaMgB5O10:Ce3+,Mn2+发光材料的XRD谱、晶胞参数、晶体外貌及发射光谱性质的影响。结果表明:在(La0.85Ce0.15)(Mg0.9Mn0.1)B5O10中分别加入4.2%,8.6%,12.8%的KCl和5.3%,10.5%KF时,与JCPDS(No35-120)标准卡比较不仅对应有17/28,18/28,16/28,18/28,2/28的XRD谱峰强度增加,而且KCl和KF使发光体的晶胞参数相对变小。5%的KCl使部分晶体出现了类铜单晶体的外形,晶面指标{100}表示的六方形晶面有6个;{111}表示的三角形晶面有8个;15%的KCl使发光体表现出晶体特有的自范性,形成了规则的多面体晶形;使Ce3+在基质中的5d→2F5/2和2F7/2能级跃迁发射强度增加了3.41倍,Mn2+的4G-6S能级跃迁发射强度增加2.36倍。
The influence of the flux KC1 or KF on the XRD spectra, cell parameters, crystal appearance, and spectral properties of the phosphor LaMgB5O10 : Ce3 + , Mn2 + was studied. The results indicate that when comparing with the normal card of JCPDS (No 35-120), 4.2%, 8.6%, 12.8% KC1 and 5.3%, 10.5% KF-doped phosphor ( La0.85 Ce0.15) ( Mg0.9 Mn0.1) B5O10, respectively, the intensities of XRD patterns are enhanced, the values correspond to 177 28, 18/28, 16/28, 18/28 and 2/28; While the cell
parameters diminished owing to the flux KC1 or KF. A phenomenon similar to fraction of Cu monocrystals is observed in the phosphor doped with 5% KCl. There are six hexagonal crystal-faces and eight triangular crystal-faces represented by crystal-face index {100} and {111} . The phosphor doped with 15% KC1 forms the crystals conformed the law of crystal plane and self-regulaton, the emission intensity of Ce3+ 5d-4f (2F5/2, 2F7/2) and Mn2+(4G-6S) increased by 3.41 times and 2.36 times, respectively.
