This paper explores the situation of increasing farmers income in Beijing outskirts and the relationships between level of organization and farmers' income. The study shows that the low level of farmers' organization has serious adverse effects on farmers' income. The author analyzes the mechanism of organization innovation, and two modes of enhancing the farmers' self-organization: 'enterprise+farmer', 'enterprise+cooperative organization+farmer' and their further development in the future.
