思想政治教育队伍建设研究经历近二十年的发展 ,形成了基本的理论框架 ,但总体上还处于一个较浅的层次上 ,部分理论不够完善。研究思想政治教育队伍建设问题 ,进一步拓宽和深化该理论 。

Having been studied for nearly 20 years, the team development of ideological and political education is, whose basic theory framework has been developed, still on a lower level with inadequate theoretic support. So it is quite urgent to widen and deepen the theory part, if one intends to study the team development, which guarantees the quality of the educators.
