新时期高校推行本科生导师制初探

On the practice of tutor system for undergraduates in colleges and universities in new era

处于知识经济大潮中,高校面临着诸多新挑战下的高等教育管理模式等方面的问题,作为高等教育改革的中心———本科教育的改革将引起各方面的重视。当前困扰本科教育的问题有师生比失调,学生创新意识不足,教书育人分离等,新时期提出推行导师制显得十分必要,要统一认识,明确工作职责,加强导师管理。

Being in the trend of knowledge economy and facing many new challenges caused by our age,the administration patterns of higher education constantly encounter new problems.As the center of higher education reform—the reform of undergraduate education will attract all kinds of attention.Problems puzzling undergraduate education at present are the disproportion between teachers and students,students' lack of creative thoughts,and the separation of imparting knowledge and educating people and so on.This essay points out it is vital to practise tutor system in new era and we should seek unity of thinking,make working duty clear,and strengthen tutor management.
