现代企业危机的本质

The Nature of the Crisis in Modern Business Enterprise

对危机及危机管理的研究已经历了二十多年,但企业危机非但没有减少,并越来越高发,越来越严重,究其原因是未能对危机的本质进行深入的研究。本文从现代企业与企业生态关系的层面上对企业危机本质进行研究,认为现代企业危机的本质在于企业制度体系的根本缺陷。

Although the research on crisis and crisis management has experienced for more than 20 years, the business enterprise crisis did not happen less, and rather become more frequent and serious. The reason is of not deeply investigating the nature of the crisis. This paper analyses the nature of the business enterprise crisis in the level of relationship between the ecosystem of business enterprise and the business enterprise, and it presents the idea that the nature of the crisis in modern business enterprise consists in the essential flaw of its institution system.
