Comparison of Organization Model and Their Efficiencies Based on Modularization

本文首先归纳了模块化的理论与方法,并描述了当前模块化生产和消费的趋势,提出了适应这种趋势的三种组织模式:一体化的企业组织模式、核心企业协调下的网络组织模式和模块集群化的网络组织模式,详细地讨论了三种组织模式的特征、信息流动方式、系统设计规则的确立等。并从信息处理机制、模块协调成本以及模块整合效率的角度比较了三种组织模式的效率。在三种模式效率比较的基础上,结合企业的实力、规模以及区位等因素,提出了应对模块化趋势的对策和建议。

This paper first draws a briefly conclusion of the theory and method of modularization, and describes the increasing phenomenon of production and consumption of modularization, in terms of this case the authors put forward three organization models to adapt to the trend. From the information regulation mechanism, coordination cost and integration efficiency, this paper compares the efficiency of the three models. At last, the authors make some suggestions to meet the challenge of modularization.
