摘要
阐述了抗静电剂的分类、特性和使用方法。详细论述了抗静电剂的作用机理。抗静电机理:①由于使用抗静电剂后,高分子材料表面形成单分子导电层泄漏静电荷;②形成所谓的"芯壳结构"来泄漏静电荷。抗静电剂由于能降低材料表面电阻率和体积电阻率,使高分子材料产生的静电迅速泄漏掉,因而在包装、电器和航空等领域具有广阔的应用前景。着重介绍了抗静电剂在纤维、塑料、造纸和涂料等工业中的应用情况。另外,指出了抗静电剂的发展趋势和今后的研究方向。
The classification,characteristics,and applications of antistatic agents were summarized.Action mechanism of antistatic agents were discussed in details.The antistatic mechanism includes two aspects.One is the antistatic agent will form a single molecular conductive layer leaking on the polymer material surface that transmits the static charge.The other is to form'core-shell'structure that releases the static charge.Since antistatic agents can reduce the surface resistivity and volume resistivity of the material,rapidly leak out the static charge on the surface of materials will be released rapidly,so they are used extensively in packaging operation,manufacture of electric appliances,and aviation transportation,etc.Applications of antistatic agent in texitile,plastic,papermaking and coating industry were focused.In addition,the research and development trend of antistatic agent were indicated.
