摘要
对自然垄断行业的管制与竞争效率进行了比较分析,同时通过比较美国天然气行业和电信行业的管制及其发展,分析了自然垄断行业管制的实践及其发展趋势;在此基础上,针对我国电力行业管制的现状,对我国电力行业的管制改革提出了政策性建议。
This paper compares the economic efficiency between regulation and competition of natural monopoly industry, and analyzed the regulation trend of natural monopoly industry. Based on it, this paper analyzes the reform situation of electric power industry and puts forward some policy suggestions for the regulation reform of electric power industry.
